David started his career 23 years ago as a trainee estimator/surveyor for a main contractor. He continued on this path for 10 years before moving solely into quantity surveying, and ultimately progressed to a Commercial Management role for an Oxfordshire based main contractor. David is ICIOB qualified with oodles of on-site experience.
David is especially good when working to tight deadlines and works best under pressure. His estimating back ground has given him the ability and knowledge to advice on realistic build costs and outcomes. He has a calm persona and is great in intense situations which need defusing. David is also a good quick thinker and if/when things go wrong his calm disposition gives him the ability to come up with workable solutions.
