About Us
David is especially good when working to tight deadlines and works best under pressure. His estimating back ground has given him the ability and knowledge to advice on realistic build costs and outcomes. He has a calm persona and is great in intense situations which need defusing. David is also a good quick thinker and if/when things go wrong his calm disposition gives him the ability to come up with workable solutions.
She has been self employed for many years during which time she has worked on some very interesting projects with some very exciting clients including; an Oxfordshire based supplier who builds using Hemp, she was employed by a liquidator managing the insolvency of a main contractor and produced several Referral Documents for Adjudication, she spent 12 months on an Arbitration team for a main contractor. She has a wide spectrum of quantity surveying experience working with suppliers, sub-contractors, main contractors, architects and clients. She also enjoys greatly the standard, less exciting role of being a great quantity surveyor and thrives on offering a great service.
Louise is meticulously organised and her PQS training makes her a stickler for doing things in the correct order. She has an open and fun personality and she believes in honesty and teamwork – with the right team we can achieve anything!
